It's the second week of my practicum, and we've been told that Hari Sukan is coming, so everyone has their own task. I have been assigned as the AJK for sukaneka and need to take care for the high jump section. Everyone has their own task, such as taking care of each platform which is throw bullet, running, long jump and high jump.

On this Thurday morning, there is sports practice for each Rumah Sukan, i was assigned at high jump section. I have to show them some demo to avoid any injuries that might happen to the students while tryng to do the high jump.

Then in the afternoon, a Milo truck came to our school. It really gave the nostalgia feeling when i was in primary school. I can see that most of the students here have the same excitement as i had back when i was a kid. The sad part is that the Milo from the truck doesnt taste the same as i had when i was a kid. At least the kids enjoy the milo, that's all that matter.

Analyzing SWOT

S -  I have experience in most of the sports, so i can teach them on how to play the sports in proper way and avoid any fouls in such sports

W - I cant stop student from hurting themselves while they're practicing the sports, i mean my job is to take of their safety, yet i still cant help it when students accidently get hurt because of the equipment that were used in the sports

O - There are some students that i didnt get to met yet, since i only teach year 4 and been relief some class, so this is my oppurtunity to get to know the students even more.

T - 1 wrong move or carelessness could lead my student get injured, i have to be extra carefull since unexpected things could happen anytime
